    Kingston, NY — Kingston Democratic Committee (KDC) Chair Bill Reynolds announced that incumbent City Court Judge Phil Kirschner has received the Kingston Democratic Committee’s endorsement for re-election as Kingston City Court Judge.

    “The KDC is proud to endorse Judge Phil Kirschner for another term,” said Reynolds. “Judge Kirschner’s dedication to justice and commitment to the well-being of Kingston’s residents have been evident throughout his tenure. I am confident that Judge Kirschner
    will continue to serve our community with integrity, fairness and distinction.”


    The endorsement was made at KDC’s nominating convention on January 20th at the Ulster County Democratic Committee Headquarters, where Committee members reviewed candidates and voted to support Judge Kirschner’s continued service on the
    bench.

  • Kingston Democratic Committee Invites Candidates for City Judge Nomination

    Kingston, NY — Kingston Democratic Committee (KDC) Chair Bill Reynolds has announced that registered Democrats seeking the Democratic endorsement for Kingston City Judge are welcome to discuss their candidacies with Committee members January 20, 7pm at the Ulster County Democratic Headquarters, located at 791 Broadway, Kingston.

    “The KDC is committed to a fair and transparent process,” said Reynolds. “We encourage qualified Democrats who are passionate about serving the people of Kingston to come forward and present their candidacies for consideration. The role of City Judge is critical to the administration of justice and the well-being of our community; we are eager to hear from diverse voices who are ready to serve.”

    The January 20th meeting will provide an opportunity for candidates to introduce themselves, share their qualifications, and discuss their vision for Kingston City Court. Members of the KDC will review all interested Democratic candidates and vote to endorse a nominee for the upcoming election.
